Chef Garcia brings his own modern approach to dishes that highlight the bright and bold flavors synonymous with Mexican food, including the famed coastal ingredients found in the Alta California region. As chef/owner of critically acclaimed Broken Spanish and B.S. Taqueria, Chef Garcia is an expert in presenting unique shareable plates layered with vibrant flavor profiles for guests to enjoy and experience.
